Dr. JS, DDS
Dr. S attended Emory University and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then went to Touro College of Dental Medicine where he received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Today he maintains active memberships in both the American Dental Association® and the Academy of General Dentistry.
As a general dentist, Dr. S provides dental treatments including dental exams, dental emergency treatment, extractions, dentures, crowns, veneers and teeth whitening.
Dr. S always works with a “patient first” mindset and is dedicated to learning and applying the latest technologies for optimal results.
Dr. S is fluent in both English and Korean. During his personal time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf and walking his dog.
Dr. JD, DDS
Dr. JD grew up in the Northwest suburbs of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with his DDS degree in May 2010. He is the first healthcare professional in his family.
Dr. D is passionate about several aspects of dentistry and significantly exceeds the continuing education credit requirements on an ongoing basis. He is passionate about learning, and feels this is essential to being a great dentist and being successful in life.
Dr. D has placed dental implants since 2017, and has taken nearly 500 hours of continuing education related to dental implants and sedation dentistry. He has placed approximately 850 implants, and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He currently holds Affiliate status, which requires passing a standardized written exam that is regulated by AAID Fellows. He plans to obtain Associate Fellowship status with the AAID by taking the oral examination in April 2024, which requires a comprehensive knowledge of implant dentistry.
Dr. D is married and has eight children, from ages 18 to 2, with five boys and three girls. He is a sports enthusiast, especially NFL football, NBA basketball and MLB baseball. He also enjoys salsa dancing with his wife for date nights, and macro photography
